As it says in Romans 12 we need to daily renew our mind so as to not become transformed to this world. Spending time reading the Bible and meditating on scripture, will help you grow in your relationship with the Lord. Mix it with delighting in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart! It’s when we spend time praising and thanking Him for where He will be sending you, THEN you can ENVISION where He wants you to go! Write it out and make it clear. Don’t let it escape from your mind or let anyone tell you, you can’t do it!
Lanah has inspired hundreds of people by sharing her testimony of how God turned her life around. As a licensed minister and mind rewnewal + health coach, she incorporates the Word of God which has life and Spirit on it (John 6 v 63), and healthful practices to help you have victory in every area of your life. Overcoming negative thought patterns, developing wholesome eating habits, creating healthy boundaries will help you move into the purposes of God so you can thrive and not just survive.
You only have one body, one life so honor it the only way you can, growing closer to Jesus Christ.
Lanah is an encouraging Christian writer, video blogger, business owner, and leadership coach that inspires others to reign in this life for Jesus Christ. She has developed curricula to: educate victims of domestic violence, foster job opportunities for the unemployed, establish healthy mental and physical lifestyles, and has spoken to a variety of people in diverse locations worldwide.
It’s so important in today’s world, to handle the issues we are facing with love, peace and joy, knowing our identity, so we can be a light to the world. The Love.Pure.Life. program concept was developed when Lanah was working with women who were victims of domestic violence as the Program Director at Second Chance Employment Services. She realized all ages, all backgrounds, all social classes, all religions are affected by domestic violence; they need to know their value given to them by God. Under a government grant with its many requirements, she developed a training skills program to educate women on how to gain and maintain employment, with a unique twist. She created a course on God’s love and our identity in Christ, and then provided individual Biblical instruction and prayer. It was an exciting way to make great changes in the lives of many hurting women.
Though there were wonderful success stories, some kept going back to the same situation, and continuing in making poor choices. They were taught His love and their identity but needed a more in-depth program with more practical tools. Instilling a desire to know Him and walk with Him didn’t come as easily as she thought it would. The women needed more help with their Christian walk; in their dependence upon the Lord, trusting in Him and His Goodness.
Hence why she created Purely Thinking, a discipleship program to thrive and not just survive, alongside Love Pure Life, a Christian lifestyle program to engage a culture discussing a Biblical response to current issues to help people stay encouraged.
After a brief lapse of time (her second child in school), the ministry is emerging again as a contemporary, Biblically-focused program dedicated to rejuvenating hearts, minds, and bodies within our culture, empowering believers to LIVE PURPOSEFULLY. God has called her to share His love, and how to overcome difficult circumstances with honesty and humor. Lanah has joined forces with Dr. Yvette Seltz, Clinical Psychologist who for 19 years has been studying self-esteem, self-confidence, responsibility, and the effects of environment and culture on the individual.
LOVE = love God. love others. love yourself. love what God has made. PURE = pure thoughts. pure food. pure body. LIFE = live for today. live with awareness. live with freedom.
